Adrienne Arlen Duffy, co-founder and partner of Big Futures Inc., is an innovative leadership coach, speaker, and consultant whose influence, knowledge, and unique approach has helped individuals, entrepreneurs, corporations, and non-profit organizations achieve greater results and more fulfilling success for over 30 years. Patrick James Duffy, co-founder and partner of Big Futures Inc., is an internationally acclaimed speaker, facilitator, and coach. He is the co-architect of both The Nexus Project and its predecessor, The Moon Project®, which are innovative leadership coaching and organizational development programs designed to help individuals and corporate teams achieve their vision and goals in order to reach their “Big Futures.”
Working internationally, Patrick currently provides organizational development strategies and leadership coaching to business leaders and entrepreneurs in many diverse industries. He continues to develop and implement cutting-edge learning materials designed to help leaders focus their vision, strategy, and plan, while enhancing their innovative spirit, character, relationship skills, and imagination. He is partner with Polarity Partnerships and holds certifications in the PRINT® profiling system.
